Product Variations
Natural materials (such as wood, stone, and tile) may have color, grain, or texture variations. Shelly Flooring is not responsible for natural differences or manufacturer variations outside of our control.

Subfloor & Site Conditions
Installation is based on the condition of the subfloor and job site at the time of service. Any unforeseen issues (such as moisture, leveling, structural repairs, or removal of prior flooring) may result in additional charges.

Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for clearing furniture, personal belongings, electronics and fragile items from the installation area prior to service, unless otherwise arranged.

Warranty Limitations
Shelly Flooring provides a workmanship warranty of 1 Year on installations. Product warranties are provided directly by the manufacturer. Damage caused by improper use, accidents, moisture, or lack of maintenance is not covered.

Scheduling & Delays
Installation dates are scheduled in good faith but may be subject to change due to material availability, weather, or unforeseen conditions.

Payment Terms
A deposit is required prior to scheduling. Final payment is due upon completion of services, unless otherwise stated in the contract.

Liability
While every precaution is taken, Shelly Flooring is not liable for incidental damage to walls, trim, paint, or existing structures during normal installation processes.
